PURCHASE PROCEDURE<\/p>\n

The purchase of products sold through the website www.krugheribrent.rs\/online-prodaja\/ can be done by choosing the delivery method and filling out certain forms on the website. The customer enters the required data (name, surname, address, contact phone number, e-mail), which will be stored in accordance with the law and the Merchant’s privacy policy.<\/p>\n

By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms of Use and Sale. It will be considered that a contract between the Trader and the Buyer has been concluded with the confirmation of the order by the Merchant.<\/p>\n

The contract is in the Serbian language.<\/p>\n

After sending the order by the Customer, the order processing begins and the customer receives a confirmation. to the e-mail address he provided<\/p>\n

In case of any ambiguities or problems related to the order, the Merchant will contact the Customer without delay.<\/p>\n

FREE delivery is available on the territory of cities and municipalities:
Vr\u0161ac, Alibunar, Pan\u010devo, Kova\u010dica, Belgrade, Zrenjanin and Novi Sad.<\/p>\n

Delivery on the territory of Belgrade is on Tuesdays and Fridays.
on the territory of Kova\u010dica, Zrenjanin and Novi Sad on Thursdays.
On the territory of Vr\u0161ac, delivery is possible every day<\/p>\n

If there is a change in schedule, the customer will be informed in a timely manner<\/p>\n

On the territory of the whole of Serbia, delivery is made via the courier service BEX, and the costs according to the price list of the BEX service are borne by the buyer of the price list<\/p>\n

The delivery price will be shown in the order confirmation, so that the customer has an overview of all costs<\/p>\n

The weight of a box of 10 bottles is up to 10 kg<\/p>\n

The weight of a box of 20 bottles is up to 20 kg<\/p>\n

Picking up the shipment
Couriers of the BEX courier service (an external company that delivers goods for us) bring the parcels to the delivery address in the period from 08:00 to 16:00. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and notify us immediately, by calling the number 013827047 or via email office@krugheribrent.rs<\/p>\n

If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. STATEMENT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE SALE CONTRACT<\/p>\n

In accordance with the current Law on Consumer Protection (Sl.gl.RS no. 62\/2014), the form of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract is submitted to the e-mail address office@krugheribrent.rs or to the address of the company<\/p>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises by means of a withdrawal from the contract if it is sent to the trader within 14 days from the day when the goods arrived in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier. Therefore, the first day of the term is the day after the consumer has received the goods<\/p>\n

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product.<\/p>\n

By withdrawing from the contract, you are released from all obligations, except for the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods that are returned due to the withdrawal from the contract<\/p>\n

The products must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging, the original invoice and the cancellation form must be attached.<\/p>\n

The consumer may, within 14 days from the date of concluding a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the business premises, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces a legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant.<\/p>\n

If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, it is considered that the contract has not even been concluded and the obligations stipulated in Articles 34 and 35 of this law arise.<\/p>\n

The merchant is obliged to return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

In the case of a contract for the sale of goods that is concluded outside the business premises or at a distance, the trader is obliged to return to the consumer the funds he paid under the contract when he receives or takes over the goods that he delivered to the consumer based on the contract, that is, when he receives proof that the consumer sent the goods to the trader, regardless of which of those actions the consumer took first.<\/p>\n

The trader has the right to refuse a refund or exchange for another product if he determines that the goods were not returned in the condition in which they were delivered due to the consumer’s inadequate handling of the same.<\/p>\n

The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, except in cases where the consumer receives a defective or wrong product from the trader. The data entered by the consumer in the form on the withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance, are used exclusively for the purpose of recording changes in the circulation of goods and the company doo Krugher i Brent pivara will not use them for other purposes. The parties to the contract will try to resolve all potential disputes amicably, and if this is not possible, such a dispute will be resolved before the competent court in Vr\u0161ac.<\/p>\n
